DATA GOVERNANCE

Air.ac Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 2026 · Built with Non-Invasive Anti-Cheat Architecture

1. Our Data Minimization Philosophy

Air.ac is an integrity-verification tool engineered exclusively for FiveM roleplay communities. Unlike invasive commercial tools that record entire screen feeds, audio channels, or personal directories, Air.ac is engineered under the principle of strict data minimization. We only inspect technical system telemetry necessary to verify game integrity and anti-cheat compliance.

2. Information Collected During a PC Check

When a candidate launches the Air.ac desktop client and inputs an authorization PIN, the following telemetry is compiled:

  • Hardware Identification: Motherboard UUID, CPU identifier, storage device serials, and system RAM specs to prevent ban evasion.
  • System Environment: Operating system build number, BIOS date, UEFI Secure Boot status, and hypervisor virtualization state.
  • Process & Module Signatures: Running process executable names, process identifiers (PIDs), file paths, and Authenticode digital signatures.
  • Forensic Execution Artifacts: NTFS USN Journal file deletion timestamps, BAM execution records, and Prefetch execution counters.
  • Peripheral Hardware: Connected USB human interface devices (HID) and recent USB mass storage hardware identifiers.
  • Cheat Index Search Queries: Browser history entries matching a specialized, pre-configured list of known FiveM cheat distribution domains.
  • Discord Account Identifiers: Local numerical Discord User IDs located in local client LevelDB storage to correlate community accounts (private tokens are strictly ignored).

3. Information We NEVER Collect

To ensure complete candidate privacy, Air.ac does NOT collect, inspect, or store:

  • Personal documents, Word/PDF files, photos, or desktop folders.
  • Personal web browsing history unrelated to cheat distributor keywords.
  • Saved passwords, autofill credentials, or session cookies.
  • Webcam video feeds or microphone audio.
  • Private Discord chat messages or direct messages (DMs).
  • Keystroke logging or general keyboard inputs.

4. Data Retention & Access Controls

Check reports are stored securely and accessible only to authorized server administrators and designated staff members through the Air.ac portal. Data is retained strictly for the duration necessary for community moderation and audit compliance. Server administrators retain full authority to permanently delete reports from the database at any time.

5. Contact & Privacy Inquiries

If you have inquiries regarding how your data was processed during a PC check on a specific FiveM server, please consult your server administration or contact the Air.ac technical support team at [email protected].
